Getting started

How do I get started?

Start the free online eligibility quiz. It takes about ten minutes and asks about your health history, goals, and current medications. There's no charge unless a licensed provider prescribes treatment.

Do I need an existing prescription?

No. A provider licensed in your state reviews your intake and decides whether a prescription is appropriate. You don't need to bring your own.

How long until I hear back?

After you complete intake, a licensed provider typically reviews your information within one to two business days. If anything's unclear, your care team will reach out.

What happens if I'm not eligible?

If treatment isn't appropriate for you, you won't be prescribed it and you won't be charged. That clinical gate is the point — it's how care should work.

Sourcing & quality

Where does the medication come from?

Every treatment is compounded by U.S.-licensed 503A and 503B pharmacies operating under FDA and cGMP standards. We do not source from overseas or gray-market suppliers.

What is a 503A or 503B pharmacy?

503A pharmacies compound medications for an individual patient based on a prescription. 503B outsourcing facilities are registered with the FDA and produce compounded medications under current good manufacturing practice (cGMP) standards. Both are U.S.-regulated.

Are compounded medications FDA-approved?

No. Compounded medications are prepared by licensed pharmacies for an individual patient and are not FDA-approved or reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality. A licensed clinician determines whether compounding is appropriate for you.

Can I trace my medication to a batch?

Yes. Because our pharmacies operate domestically under cGMP standards, your medication is traceable to a batch — part of what 'know where your medicine comes from' actually means.

Treatment & care

Who reviews my care?

A provider licensed in your state reviews your intake and determines whether a prescription is appropriate. Your care team supports you through every dose change and stays reachable between refills.

How is the medication taken?

It depends on what a provider determines is appropriate. If a treatment is prescribed, your provider explains the schedule and sets any titration plan to help your body adjust.

What is titration and why does it matter?

Titration means starting at a low dose and increasing gradually under supervision. It's how these medications are intended to be started, and it's central to how we deliver care — not an afterthought.

Will I get results?

Individual results vary, and no outcome is guaranteed. These are medical treatments prescribed and supervised by a licensed provider, not a quick fix.

Shipping & coverage

Which states do you serve?

Texas, and only Texas. We are not accepting patients in any other state. Specific treatments are confirmed during intake and a prescription is never guaranteed.

How is it shipped?

Treatments are shipped domestically from a U.S.-licensed pharmacy directly to your door, with appropriate handling for the medication.

How often will I receive shipments?

Most plans ship on a recurring schedule aligned to your titration and refill needs. Your care team will confirm the cadence.

Pricing & privacy

How much does it cost?

Pricing is a flat monthly amount that includes the clinician review, medication (if prescribed), and domestic shipping. There are no membership add-ons or surprise checkout fees. See our pricing page for current plans.

Is my health information private?

Yes. Your intake is transmitted from our server to a HIPAA-secured clinical platform, where evaluation and records live. We run no advertising or analytics trackers anywhere on this site, including on the intake page.

Why TEXPEPS instead of another telehealth brand?

We're built around one thing other brands gloss over: domestic, American-made sourcing you can actually verify, paired with licensed U.S. providers, transparent pricing, and care where legally available.

Still have questions?

If you couldn't find what you were looking for, our team is happy to help with general questions. For your privacy, please keep personal health information out of any message — that stays inside the secure intake.
