Where does my medicine come from?
Every TEXPEPS treatment is compounded by a U.S.-licensed pharmacy — never sourced overseas and never from the gray market. Depending on the medication, that means a 503A pharmacy filling your individual prescription or a 503B outsourcing facility that registers with the FDA and produces under current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP, 21 CFR 210/211).

Who actually reviews my care?
A clinician licensed in your state — not a checkout button. They review your intake, your history, and your goals, and decide whether a compounded therapy is appropriate. If it isn't right for you, you won't be prescribed it. A prescription is never guaranteed.

Is this actually legitimate?
Yes. Compounded medications are a lawful, regulated category — made by licensed pharmacies and FDA-registered outsourcing facilities operating under recognized federal and state standards. We are direct about the limits: compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and have not been reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality, and a licensed provider decides whether one is appropriate for you.
