The process

What happens, step by step.

Each step shows what you do and what happens behind the scenes — including the clinical review that decides whether treatment is right for you.

  1. 01

    Complete a secure intake

Share your history, goals, and current medications through a secure, HIPAA-conscious intake. It runs on our own infrastructure and carries no advertising or analytics trackers.

    What you do

Answer a short medical questionnaire about your history, current medications, and goals. No payment is required to find out if you qualify.

    Behind the scenes

The first step runs on this site at /start and is sent from our server to our clinical platform. You are then redirected there to complete the consultation with a licensed provider. No advertising or analytics trackers run on any part of this site, including the intake.

    About 10 minutes

  2. 02

    A provider reviews eligibility

A licensed provider reviews your information — and lab work where appropriate — and decides whether care is appropriate. A prescription is never guaranteed.

    What you do

Add any details a clinician should know and confirm your shipping state. Then it's out of your hands and into a provider's.

    Behind the scenes

A clinician licensed in your state reviews your information and decides whether a compounded therapy is appropriate. They may follow up for more detail. A prescription is never guaranteed.

    Typically within 1–2 business days

  3. 03

    Discuss your options

If you're a candidate, you'll talk through provider-guided options, expectations, and eligibility — with honest, education-first guidance, never hype.

    What you do

If you're prescribed treatment, you'll confirm your plan and complete checkout on the secure platform. Transparent, flat pricing — nothing owed until this point.

    Behind the scenes

Your medication is prepared by a U.S.-licensed pharmacy — a 503A pharmacy filling your prescription or an FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facility operating under cGMP — and traced to a specific batch.

    Compounded and shipped after prescribing

  4. 04

    Receive a plan and support

Where a plan is appropriate, you'll get a personalized approach and ongoing follow-up. Availability varies by state and provider review.

    What you do

Receive your treatment at your door, start as directed, and stay in touch with your care team between refills.

    Behind the scenes

Your provider and care team supervise gradual dose changes (titration) over the weeks ahead, adjusting as your body responds and keeping treatment on track.

Ongoing, for as long as you're in care

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality. A licensed provider decides whether treatment is appropriate; a prescription is never guaranteed, and availability varies by state.

Before you start

What you'll need.

Nothing complicated — and nothing you enter on this site. You'll provide these on the secure intake once you begin.

Your state of residence

Availability and provider licensing depend on where you live. You'll confirm your shipping state during intake.

Basic health history

Conditions, allergies, and a sense of your goals. The clinician needs the full picture to decide what's appropriate.

Current medications

A list of anything you take regularly, so the provider can review for interactions and safety.

About ten minutes

The eligibility quiz is short. There's no charge to complete it and no obligation to continue.

Questions about the process

How it actually works.

Do I have to pay to find out if I qualify?

No. The eligibility quiz is free, takes about ten minutes, and there's no charge unless a licensed provider prescribes treatment. You're never billed just for asking.

Is a prescription guaranteed if I finish the quiz?

No. A clinician licensed in your state reviews your intake and decides whether a compounded therapy is appropriate. If it isn't right for you, you won't be prescribed it. A prescription is never guaranteed, and availability varies by state.

What information does the intake collect, and where does it go?

The first step at /start collects your name, contact details, date of birth, state, and what you are seeking care for. It is submitted to our server over TLS and passed from there to Qualiphy PC, our clinical and e-prescribing platform. You are then redirected to Qualiphy to complete the clinical questionnaire and consultation, so the rest of the process happens on their platform. The /start page is excluded from search indexes and carries no advertising or analytics trackers of any kind.

Where is my medication made and how fast does it ship?

If prescribed, your medication is compounded by a U.S.-licensed pharmacy — a 503A pharmacy or an FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facility under cGMP — and shipped domestically, traceable to a specific batch. It's prepared and sent after a provider prescribes it; timing depends on the medication and your plan.

What happens after my first shipment arrives?

Your care doesn't stop at delivery. Your provider and care team supervise gradual dose changes (titration) over the following weeks and stay reachable between refills to adjust your plan as needed. Individual results vary.
