This is every state in which TEXPEPS services are currently available. If your state is not on this list, we cannot accept you as a patient today.

Availability is current as of the date of your visit. Being eligible to start an intake is not a guarantee of treatment: a licensed provider decides whether care is appropriate, and a prescription is never guaranteed.

Telehealth is regulated state by state.
Three things have to line up before we can lawfully care for you where you live. Here is the honest version.
Provider licensure
A clinician must hold an active license in the state where you are located at the time of care. Our providers are licensed in Texas.
Pharmacy licensure
Pharmacies are licensed to dispense into specific states. We do not ship a medication into a state where it is not permitted.
State telemedicine rules
Each state sets its own requirements for establishing a provider-patient relationship. We follow the rules of the state where the patient is located.

What states does TEXPEPS serve?
Texas, and only Texas. Our providers are licensed in Texas and our pharmacy partner dispenses to Texas addresses. We do not accept patients who live in any other state, and we do not ship medication into any other state.
I live outside Texas. Can I still sign up?
Not at this time. If you do not live in Texas, we cannot accept you as a patient, and starting an intake will not change that. We would rather tell you plainly than take your information for care we cannot lawfully provide.
Are you planning to add more states?
We intend to expand as provider licensure and pharmacy coverage are completed in additional states. We do not announce a state here until services are actually available there, so this page always reflects where we can serve you today rather than where we hope to be.
Why does availability depend on the state at all?
Telehealth is regulated state by state. A clinician must hold an active license in the state where the patient is located, and pharmacies are licensed to dispense into specific states. Both conditions have to be met before we can lawfully provide care where you live.
Does a Texas address guarantee treatment?
No. Living in Texas means we can review your intake. Whether any treatment is appropriate is a clinical decision made by a licensed provider, and a prescription is never guaranteed.
